I was looking for a specific vehicle to meet a very specific need because my wife is disabled and Joe went the extra mile to identify the vehicle that met our needs and modify the vehicle he found for us so that it would fully work for us. He followed up with me repeatedly unlike the other dealerships where I had to call repeatedly to follow-up with the sales managers. Mercedes was not my leading choice when I first visited Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables. In the end I concluded that I was not purchasing a vehicle, I was purchasing services from a dealership for the next 3 years.
