Usually I am happy with Jeep but I was getting new tires and the first appointment they had my car all day and then called to say the tires never came in. The next appointment there was confusion again abou and the first appointment they had my car all day and then called to say the tires never came in. The next appointment there was confusion again about the tires but they ended up getting it right but when I picked up my jeep there was this white slimy film all over the outside of the tires. I couldn’t believe they didn’t even clean the outside and gave it back it to me like that. Very frustrating More

We had two transmissions installed but our car continued to have the same problem. This went on for a month and the dealership said they couldn't give us a loaner. They replaced a part in the 2nd new transm to have the same problem. This went on for a month and the dealership said they couldn't give us a loaner. They replaced a part in the 2nd new transmission and so far the car is running fine. But our confidence at this time is very low. More

My 5 month old new truck with 10,500 miles engine light turned on 11/25 around 10:30am. Called dealership made appointment for 11/27. Was able to bring truck to dealership to check code on 11/25. The servi turned on 11/25 around 10:30am. Called dealership made appointment for 11/27. Was able to bring truck to dealership to check code on 11/25. The service manager had a mechanic take a look.The service manager suggested I do not drive the truck. He then went in back to see if anyone could give me a ride home. Nobody available. I said no problem I will take an Uber. The service manager was unable to give me a rental or loaner. Had to wait till Monday 11/27 when the service manager was supposed to call me. At 11:30 11/27 I called and left a message for service manager. At noon I called back to speak to any manager. The service manager picked up the phone. Expressed my concerns about no loaner or rental Saturday, he did not go above and beyond to bring me home himself Saturday, and no phone call Monday morning. He then made the rental in Wallingford with out asking me. I was in New Haven. Enterprise said they were unable to switch location. More

Not satisfied with the way my job was handled and feel like I was overcharged . Totally discussed with Chrysler on how they cancelled a lifetime warranty on my vehicle with out any notice. like I was overcharged .
