Paperwork problems I have bought an automobile twice from Kia. The Salesmen are great. Everyone I dealt with was great. It just seems they can't get transferring of tags I have bought an automobile twice from Kia. The Salesmen are great. Everyone I dealt with was great. It just seems they can't get transferring of tags and license plates straight. I had to go back several times to get those white paper license plates the first time before I received my original. This time, my registration wasn't transferred. More

Courteous My name is Deborah I was please with the service I received at Hollywood KIA . By the time I was completing my Insurance update the rep from the Fina My name is Deborah I was please with the service I received at Hollywood KIA . By the time I was completing my Insurance update the rep from the Finance was readily available to help me with the settlements. The salesman "Henry" allows me time to digest the information before signing the documents. He also explain in details each documents that you are signing and the reason. He never make it seems like he is just there for the sales he was very helpful. Way to go Henry at Hollywood KIA. More
