I had an appointment to get my car serviced and Henry provided excellent customer service. He called me once my car was ready for pickup, I had a question about the condensation coming from my car and he provided excellent customer service. Henry exhibited excellent customer service. He listened to what I had to say about my car’s issues, and later, thoroughly explained the services that was performed, In addition to general maintenance servi to what I had to say about my car’s issues, and later, thoroughly explained the services that was performed, In addition to general maintenance service, a loose rear turn signal bulb was tightened and a cover for my seat adjustment was reinstalled. It’s taking care of the little things that matters most. After servicing, my car was washed and returned looking brand new. I was highly impressed by my car’s performance, and the service I was provided at South Bay Lexus Service Department. More

Henry was great. The cost for what was done was ridiculous. It shouldn’t have cost more than $500 to have some fluids topped off and an oil change with a tire rotation. I will look into another mechanic for my future regular services and maintenance. This should not affect Henry as his customer service, knowledge and courteous nature was great. More

Ali Jaffar was our sales consultant. He was super knowledgeable of the cars and met all our needs. Ali worked very hard to find out vehicles and to make us happy.
