My wife, Shannon and I cannot say enough My sister-in-law recommended Fitzgerald and Herb Hardy from her new Jeep Wrangler purchase a few years back. My wife, Shannon and I cannot say enough nice things about Herb! My wife was a little apprehensive about new car shopping because of her past experience but this was literally such a seamless easy process and Herb was fabulous. He greeted us while we were walking the lot (but was not at all pushy) and was just so friendly and helpful. He answered a lot of questions and we took our first test drive. He promptly replied back and forth through emails, which was easier for us, answering questions and was always accommodating as we test drove different vehicles until we decided what we wanted. We bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (which we LOVE!) We did shop around and found competitive pricing at other locations; however, we really wanted to buy here and with Herb and were very satisfied with the final pricing and customer service we received. Herb made the process so easy for us, from start to finish, and all the Fitzgerald people who assisted along the way (Kenny, Steve, Bill) were also super nice to us. Even Fitzgerald employees raved about this dealership which says a lot. I would highly recommend the Lexington Park Fitzgerald location and especially Herb Hardy to anyone shopping for a new vehicle :) More

I really wanted to shop local to supp We recently purchased a new vehicle from Fitzgerald (our 2nd Fitzgerald purchase but not at the same location). I really wanted to shop local to support the businesses in our area, however, I was not willing to pay a premium to do so. We worked with Herb Hardy and he was excellent - although they didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted in stock, he located it the same day and we bought the car without the game-playing that all of the dealers in the area (DARCARS/Criswell) were playing with their 'discounts' factored in prices quoted which they knew a very small % of the population would qualify and the hidden add-ons. Because of this, I would highly recommend this dealer and especially Mr. Hardy in sales. More

The customer service at Fitzgerald's Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep was outstanding. The vehicle that I was interested in was brought to the dealership from another Fitzgerald dealership and it was here Chrysler Jeep was outstanding. The vehicle that I was interested in was brought to the dealership from another Fitzgerald dealership and it was here within 24 hours of my inquiry of it. My salesman, Herb Hardy, was spectacular. Easy to deal with, no pressure attitude, and a personality that you felt right at home with. The whole sales team made me feel like their number one priority by expediting my deal so that my wait time was at a minimum. The finance manager went above and beyond the call of duty by spending extra time on the phone with potential lenders to secure me a lower rate for my vehicle. All around the customer service was exceptional and I would definitely recommend the Fitzgerald Park Dodge Chrysler Team to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
