Howard Shorter was outstanding and very patient in discussing options and features. His knowledge of the Honda vehicles made the decision process simple, and it didn't end with the purchase. He took the time to demonstrate the car features and hook up our cell phone to the car blue tooth. He and the entire Gunn team went above and beyond in making us feel like part of the family. More
