Had a 1 PM appointment for oil & filter and tire rotation. Arrived at 12:50 and was taken in immediately and waited on by Jessica. That is the good news. Work and paperwork was finished at 5:20 PM! rotation. Arrived at 12:50 and was taken in immediately and waited on by Jessica. That is the good news. Work and paperwork was finished at 5:20 PM! 4 1/2 hours for that kind of work is excessive. Bathroom was clean and everyone was pleasant, especially the parts manager, Imran. The wait was just too long. More
