After there was some confusion in the pricing of our new Santa Fe, Jim Tonelli was extemely open to work with my wife and I and come to an agreement. Sean Pieper was professional as I was referred to him by a friend who had purchased from the dealership. Meeting the other support people expecially Ian Parker and completing the purchase, I can state we are pleased with the service and process in purchasing our Santa Fe. Follow up had been excellent as well. Our hope is that we have found a dealership and contacts that we serve us well going forward. More

Bill gave us the best quote over the phone, promised the color/interior that we wanted on that day. We were on a tight schedule and he was able to execute the paperwork with Ian Parker's assistance. My husband and I visited Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale yesterday (12/29/12) because we were looking to trade in at least one of our two Toyotas. We had a very negative leasing experience at a Scottsdale yesterday (12/29/12) because we were looking to trade in at least one of our two Toyotas. We had a very negative leasing experience at a Toyota dealership up the road, we felt so taken advantaged of we were weary of dealerships and sales people in general by the time we arrived at Earnhardt Hyundai. Fortunately for us we we were greeted by Mike Smith who immediately addressed our concerns with our current cars/leases and what our ultimate goals were. Mike was the utmost professional but with a very affable approach, my husband and I felt at ease immediately with him. When it came down to discussing pricing options with us, Mike worked tirelessly to meet our very firm budgetary needs. Frankly speaking, I'm positive another dealership would have sent us walking out the door, but Mike fought to get us the best deal possible (and kept us in good spirits the entire time). My husband and I drove home last night in a 2013 Elantra and 2013 Santa Fe and we could not be happier with our decision. I would highly recommend both Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale and Mike Smith to anyone who is looking for a family friendly dealership that cares more about a positive customer experience than hitting their bottomline. More

I sent out a request for quote to a number of Hyundai dealers in the Valley. Sean P. answered my quote very quickly and that was followed up by Carl P. and Jim T. Their quote was not the lowest and I h dealers in the Valley. Sean P. answered my quote very quickly and that was followed up by Carl P. and Jim T. Their quote was not the lowest and I had had a previous unpleasant experience with another Earnhardt store so it took a bit of self encouragement to make the trip up to Scottsdale to see what they had to offer. Not to worry. I don't think any dealership I've ever visited is as positive and pleasant as this one. They took me through the initial quote and then offered me an alternative, actually two. I was on my way to accept one of those when, in the course of shooting the bull with Carl, he suggested I look at a Genesis R-Spec. I had not considered this car because of its price but an hour or so of crunching the numbers and it was looking good. I took an evening to think about it some more and get the wife's approval then came back the next day and did the deal. The service was first rate and their price was very reasonable. If you've bought a new car recently you know it takes a bit of time to do all the paperwork and that is doubled with a trade-in but they put everything together in just a couple of hours, Carl walked me through all the high-tech equipment on the car and I was out the door, a happy camper. The car sells itself (at least it did to me) but what cinched the deal was the sales and finance staff. They made sure I understand all the numbers (going over it several times) and never walked away until everything was covered. The car was delivered in first-class condition and although I've only driven it 50 miles so far it is exactly what was promised. I would definitely recommend doing business with these people. They have a great product and back it up with professional sales and service. I'll be a repeat customer. More

I have never been to a dealership where you werent attacked at the door as you walked in. Sean Lantz, my salesman, approached me in a friendly maner, but wasnt pushie at all. Very professional. He allowed me to take out for test drives in as many cars as I felt I needed to. He spent as much time with me as I needed. Ian, the Finance Director, was also awsume in working out the best price that it ook to make the deal. After doing my homework, I was able to confirm that the price was awsume. Ian worked hard also, with Sean in locating the car that I wanted re color and equipment. Then Ian needed to get my lease set up with the best rates possible. All of these guys went way out of their way to make me happy and I certainly would recommend them as a whole and also Sean and Ian. PS I also have never felt comfortable in a dealership....at this dealership i felt like family. More
