I shopped around at many dealerships before choosing to do business with Kelly. They had a huge selection of cars available which really helped in negotiating the best price. Negotiating for a car is nev do business with Kelly. They had a huge selection of cars available which really helped in negotiating the best price. Negotiating for a car is never a "fun" process, but I was able to negotiate a great deal via email and they followed through 100% on the deal. The people I dealt with online and in person were professional and courteous. I did not feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want or need, just given good information and allowed to make my own decisions. Delivery of the car went very smoothly - I don't buy cars that often, but they made it easy. I hope the car treats me as well as these guys! More

We put a deposit on a really nice 2008 highlander on Jan 8th and didn't get the car until Feb4th. Worst delivery process ever. The dealership put the car on their website before getting the title. The dealership said they would have it within 14 days so we continued with the sale. This information was revealed after we drove out to look at the car and made an offer on the vehicle. After two weeks we were a little upset about not getting the car yet. We asked for a kickback for waiting so long we got $500 so we were okay with that in hopes the car would be delivered soon. Another week had gone by and still no title, yet we had to call the registry ourselves and give them the vin number for the vehicle to find out the status of the title, no one from the dealership offered to do that for us. We worked with Kelly Byron (helpful person, thank you) in hopes that we could get some more help or something to make the now 3 weeks not hurt so badly. The dealership refused to help. The deal was still good and we continued because my wife really liked this specific highlander and deal. Finally after 28 days we finally got the car. The car has auto start but we were not given the original key fob for that. We paid the dealership for a sticker they didn't get one so they told us to send the receipt for a sticker. The highlander had a break light out so we paid $10 for the light and passed the inspection. We sent the dealership the receipt for the sticker and the $10 receipt for the bulb. The dealership wouldn't even pay for the bulb. Not worried about the $10 but for all we went through and waiting 28 days they should have had everything taken care of or at least given us the $10 for their car not passing inspection without issue. To be fair, the dealership offered to give us a rental but we live 1.5hrs away so to go get a rental car for what we thought would be a few days, then drive 1.5hrs home to turn around in hopes of getting the car soon and spend another 3hrs to get there and back wasn't worth our time or gas money. I would like to say thank you to Kelley Byron for keeping us informed as to what was happening each day! We did call the BBB about this and we were about to call a news station about this situation if it were to go another week without this car. We regret having to write this bad review but within that time of waiting for this car; our brother bought a car, we refinanced our house, and our nephew bought a car, all after the deposit was put on this car. we visited Kelly jeep Chrysler after long day of work, driving for a distance for the 2nd time, happy to buy a new car especially when we met a wonderful men was the GM of Kelly, Cory was our sale's perso driving for a distance for the 2nd time, happy to buy a new car especially when we met a wonderful men was the GM of Kelly, Cory was our sale's person , but unfortunately we had to deal this time for the 2nd visit with a low costumer service guy, his name was ILYA Berman, he wasn't polite to us,he wasn't willing to work any deal at all from the beginning, we don't know why he won't to sell the car to us, we were even surprised about what kind of business is that, we couldn't go forward with him, my wife was very upset and i was very disappointed. especially we were not far from closing the deal we had to leave the place with the baddest experience we've ever had in our life, the guy wasn't sorry or trying to find any alternative,very terrible! that was nothing to do with Cory his great guy or the other sales guys it was the manager problems i hop you guys fix it ! More

We purchase a new car every 18-24 months. In doing so, we have had the opportunity to work with many dealerships along the way. This experience was one of the most pleasant we have ever had when trading we have had the opportunity to work with many dealerships along the way. This experience was one of the most pleasant we have ever had when trading and purchasing a new car. When we went in, it was during the second half of a rather busy Saturday. Still, we were greeted (by the owner of the dealership) and given the keys to the Jeep that we were there to test drive. When we returned, Ilya listened to our requests and we very quickly agreed on the numbers for our trade and the new vehicle. Our experience at Kelly Jeep was a perfect example of a team working together to please a customer. Because it was so busy when we arrived, it would have been perfectly acceptable for us to wait until a sales consultant was free. However, instead of making us wait, Mr. Kelly set us up with a test drive and introduced us to several staff members. When we returned, everyone pitched in to complete our purchase. Scott, our sales consultant followed through for days after we picked up the Jeep- solidifying the fact the this was a great experience from start to finish!!! This is the way all businesses should train their staff- to work together, give the customer what they want, and keep a smile on their face through the whole process! It's that easy, but just never seems to happen. Thank you Kelly Jeep- GREAT JOB!! More

I contacted Kelly Jeep Chrysler through the internet. I had a used vehicle that I had gotten from another dealership several months ago, and to be honest, it was a deal that went south. I was honest and explained the situation to Kelley, the internet sales contact, and she put in touch with Corey Nance upon my arrival at the dealership. Corey listened to what types of vehicles might work for me and we immediately went out to the lot to view the inventory. I'm a musician and needed to be able to haul equipment for gigs. After looking at a Patriot, we mutually decided that I was going to need to stay in a pickup truck. Not an issue...they had a 2011 Dodge on the lot, it was in great shape, low miles, but more than I thought I had budget for. Ilya, the sales, manager, got involved and made me a reasonable offer for my trade as well as lowered the price of the new vehicle in an effort to get the payment into my price range. I had business travel the following Monday and told them that I needed to think about it, but would follow up upon my return. There was no pressure, rather there was non invasive follow up. I called upon my return to see if the truck was still available...it was, and Ilya and Corey both indicated that they were willing to work with me more on the deal as I had kept my word about following up. I went into the dealership and was able to agree upon a price and drive out with the truck in about two hours. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Tom MacDonald and the financial service he provided. He quickly ran my credit report and found me the best rate. He even went through areas of my credit report that I might want to have a closer look at on my own. Again, the entire deal, once I made a decision, was literally a couple of hours. Everyone throughout the experience was engaging without being pushy and they did all they could to put me into a vehicle of my choice. Truly THE BEST car shopping experience I have had...Thank You Kelly Jeep Chrysler!!! More
