Ivan jiang is a Slimy car salesman! !! We called ahead to make sure the car was in stock and we were advised it was so we made an appointment. We were greeted by Ivan who told us the car !! We called ahead to make sure the car was in stock and we were advised it was so we made an appointment. We were greeted by Ivan who told us the car was on loan and was not unavailable and the only way to see the car was to purchase it first. How xxxxx ridiculous is that!!! Who would purchase a car without test driving it and see in person. I wasn’t even allowed to make a deposit only pay in full. Stay away from this dealership and this salesman. More

My advisor Ivan is very knowledgeable with the BMW brand and updated me on the changes made to the 2022 model I was interesting .
