I had an unfortunate experience with Cowboy Toyota. I initially chose this specific location after viewing all the great reviews sadly my experience was awful. I purchased a vehicle May 11th. After lea I initially chose this specific location after viewing all the great reviews sadly my experience was awful. I purchased a vehicle May 11th. After leaving the dealership I thoroughly looked at the vehicle and noticed a dint on the rear passenger door. Never in my life did I think I was going to take a brand new vehicle home with a very noticeable dint. I notified Ivan the sales guy who at first was very understanding, he advised me to return with the vehicle and they would fix it. I’ve been trying to schedule a time to take my vehicle in for this repair being I live 4 hrs away. I have left multiple messages and text messages with no response from anyone. It’s now May 17th and I still haven’t received a call. I feel I was taken advantage of. I feel once they made the sale they stopped caring. This has be by far the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. More

Great customer service from both Ivan and Armando! Never felt pressured, but also could tell they were doing everything they could to work with me and my budget and get me into the car I wanted. As a first time buyer, I would say my experience was very positive. I will definitely come back in a few years if I decide to trade in or get a new vehicle. More

Ivan was the sweetest and most helpful salesman ever! My family and I came to see a car we saw online but it was already sold.
