Nate was very professional, courteous and patient during the whole process. I reached the dealership around closing time, Nate stayed back delaying his pre-planned dinner with his family. It was my first time purchasing at BMW Silver Spring and so happy that we made that decision! Everyone at the entire dealership was courteous and friendly! We have purchased our previous BMW's at other deal so happy that we made that decision! Everyone at the entire dealership was courteous and friendly! We have purchased our previous BMW's at other dealers and you cannot even compare the customer service, level of professionalism and genuinity that Gen and his team demonstrated. I have also purchased from other manufactures and finance always tried to throw in unnecessary things that are overlooked by customers. However, that was not the case here! Gen was honest, real, quick, and made the process smooth and not feel like one has been scammed!He was very knowledgable, straightforward and helped navigate this last step so smoothly. More

I've been trying to buy a new vehicle since last month, contacted JC Thomas with hopes of getting the car earlier and sent him exactly what I am looking for. He told me ordering it will take 6 months but t contacted JC Thomas with hopes of getting the car earlier and sent him exactly what I am looking for. He told me ordering it will take 6 months but there are some similar available. He doesn't really seem to take my inquiry seriously, He responds to my emails after few days and I am still waiting for his response to my last email since last week!! This is a very expensive car and I really expect a better customer service from BMW. I had a way better experience few years ago when I bought my other bmw. More

The sales representative did an excellent job even though the dealership was under construction. The sales manager made it even more pleasant by finding the car suitable for my wife and I. All praise due to Mr. Cedric. We went in to view and test drive and he was so helpful in the process, that he made a sale without even trying.
