We shopped several other Toyota dealers in the area, and while the people seemed friendly, they were not set apart like the Toyota of Rockwall team. The other dealers showed me a card listing their dealership values so I could see them. The Rockwall guys didn't show me a list of values, but I'm confident that I could name most or all of their values based on the consistency with which we experienced them from every team member.
