I have worked with this location since 2015 when I purchased my vehicle from them. Great customer service, fast service and great perks such as Auto Butler that I was sold the vehicle on the premise t purchased my vehicle from them. Great customer service, fast service and great perks such as Auto Butler that I was sold the vehicle on the premise that it was for the life of the vehicle...well here is the update since 2015. Auto Butler was only for 5 years, which then they never fulfilled that because the pandemic hit and they did not fulfill my final Auto Butler free full detailing service and when they reopened to doing them I was told mine expired (granted there was a pandemic and I couldn't bring it in). Then since March of 2020 to even now customer service has gone way down. My car after a service use to be returned to me atleast wiped down inside, vacuumed and a step above, washed too. Now that doesn't happen and the past two times I've had plastic left in it, an oil rag, etc . They no longer give loaner vehicles either when you need work done. It took over 2 and a half hours for an oil, filter, new front wipers (which the previous time I ordered and never were replaced) and fluid change. I was only updated one time 20 min prior to it being completed. Prices have soared through the roof, no coupons offered anymore and barely any techs working. Also, I can bring the vehicle in and ask for something to be looked at in the same appointment and then was told I would have to schedule for that at a different time cause they don't have time on x day that I already was there with the vehicle for work to be done. Instead of them having parts available for a previously scheduled job months in advance, they want me to pre pay for parts... I'm not footing the bill ahead of time, they are the dealership, if you know you have a vehicle coming in for repairs, have the parts in stock. I hope they start turning this around. More

I only went here because they had fixed it last year. When I got there they had no record of last year’s service because they put it on my husband’s vehicle record. Really? I have the Honda extended war When I got there they had no record of last year’s service because they put it on my husband’s vehicle record. Really? I have the Honda extended warranty and they gave me a hard time about how much this was going to cost me. I am not impressed with this location. I go to Racine for everything now. More

We asked for the diamond service for our car along with maintenance check. We live 45 mins from this service center. When the car was finished and we approached it, the car was wet…it hadn’t been dried o maintenance check. We live 45 mins from this service center. When the car was finished and we approached it, the car was wet…it hadn’t been dried off…the car was clean when we arrived. Pretty sure we didn’t get the diamond service even though we handed in our coupon. Pretty frustrating. We had to wash the car again to get rid of the water spots. I don’t really know the process if the diamond wash, I’m guessing it wasn’t intended to look like how we received our car. More

The service writers try there hardest to sell you unnecessary services. Absolutely no customer service at all. They do not return phone calls and when you get a service writer on the phone they are v unnecessary services. Absolutely no customer service at all. They do not return phone calls and when you get a service writer on the phone they are very condescending and rude. It also takes forever to get your vehicle back for a simply repair. The only reason I took my vehicle there was because my husband was out of town. We will never return! More
