Hello all!! I am originally from Delaware, Ohio (just north of Columbus). I moved down here to expand my family. My wifes family is originally from Huntsville and we both wanted out of Ohio to get away from all the snow! I grew up playing Lacrosse through my years in school along with a few other sports but Lacrosse is the one that stuck! JP was on the ball when he called in response to my inquiry. I took a test drive with him and he was very respectful of my need to listen and access the features of the car. Shottenkirk was great. We had to jump through the usual salesman and dealership hoops, but the negotiations were fair and the salespeople were respectful, responsive, and n We had to jump through the usual salesman and dealership hoops, but the negotiations were fair and the salespeople were respectful, responsive, and not pushy. The salesman I was originally working with transitioned to another opportunity, but sales team did a good job passing me off to another salesman and ensuring he picked up where we left off. The only notable complaint I have was during financial closing. I specifically sent all the documentation (insurance, financing app, discount paperwork, etc.) to the dealership in advance, to reduce my pickup time. Within the first 15 mins of arrival, the portion with my salesman was completed. We then spent the next 2 hours waiting on the financing representative to even greet us before beginning the process. The dealership had sent me the appointment reminder. That was very frustrating. The process took nearly 3 hours, 2 hours of which were just sitting with an apologetic salesperson. I would have understood better if the financial office appeared busy and we hadn't had an appointment. All in all, the sales team was great, and the financial person was nice, but having to sit at the dealership for nearly 3 hours to wait for them to do paperwork was a disappointment from a customer service prospective. JP Ketterman was a kind and conscientious sales associate. He was very patient when answering my questions and helping me. I would highly recommend working with him! I did not have a lot of inte associate. He was very patient when answering my questions and helping me. I would highly recommend working with him! I did not have a lot of interaction iwth Mike Craig, but he arranged for a different color of car that I was most interested in to be aquired in the Huntsivlle store. Antonio Pickett in financing was professional and knowledgable. He was only doing his job & he did not put pressure on me and was still polite, but the process of promoting the extended warranty is very offputting and even infuriating when you realize what is happening. Right after you have purchased a car that you've been sold as the best car on the market with a great warranty, you can't leave or finalize the sale until the financing office tells you about all the potential issues that go wrong which will not be covered and how much extra money it will cost. It is too much, about $3000, to just make an instantaneous decision unless you are scared into "protecting" your new car from the company you just trusted to buy it from. The employees at the Huntsville dealership were great though. More
