I am 77 years old and I've been buying cars for 60 years now and I can decidedly say that this was the worst car buying experience I've had in my life. The salesman was brash and once we were about to leave now and I can decidedly say that this was the worst car buying experience I've had in my life. The salesman was brash and once we were about to leave the sales manager came out and told us well. No payments for 2 months and the 2 months turned out to be 30 days plus a 10-day race. Equaling 40 days which everybody? Whoever went to grade school knows 2 months to 60 days every once in awhile. 61. Then when I realized it was actually 1 month I went back to the manager. He said he would take care of it. We went through a number of text messages back and forth and he did nothing. I was going to go back to the dealership and confront the sales manager. We had a god experience and we buy a lot of cars… I like vehicles I commonly trade up every 18-24 months. My husband purchased my SORENTO from Daytona KIA on Friday 3/21 with no questions asked… he took the 10k loss on my Yukon and we paid OVER sticker for the SORENTO… no worries, we are happy! He asked that the windows be tinted and got ran around constantly until today was told no we didn’t promise you that… really??? Really you’re going to ruin a good relationship for $150!! How stupid! I will NEVER do business with Daytona KIA, I will not have my service done there… I will not ever say anything good about them and certainly I will NEVER buy another vehicle from there! More

Every interaction we have had at the dealership has been atrocious. For this particular interaction, the plastic casing on the underside of my vehicle was not properly Reattached after you all had to fix th atrocious. I am being told you want to charge Almost $200 because a bolt came loose from a piece that you did not properly reattach. Every time I bring my car in for service your dealership breaks it costing me time, energy and money. More
