It’s as is .. trusting I was told the truth and the rep of the dealership was my down fall . I’m not sure how I’m going to move forward . Anthony Fornara (Tony) is a wonderful salesperson. We asked him not to call us, and he honored our wishes, as all other salespeople did not honor that request and they are still calling us. He was patient as we took our time to test drive, ask questions and he answered them, he actually spent a couple of hours with us. We've had our car for two weeks and we just love that you can't hear it running, it's a smooth ride, the front seats are comfortable, the gadgets are great, the information panel isn't big (like most), we are still learning what everything is for, we like the fact that you don't have to bend over to load or unload the trunk. We like that we can link our phones to it. Overall, it's a great little big car. Anthony was fair, knowledgeable, genuine, respectful, kind, dressed well (not like a slob), he had good manners, and he is loyal to Kia. You need more salespersons like Anthony. Anthony made our buying experience a pleasure compared to the Beck dealerships we visited in Palatka. He would be good role model for your sales representatives, his respect, appearance, demeanor, attitude, kindness and smile - made the sale.... More
