This was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. Very helpful and informative. The car wasn't fully charged so they gave us a loaner to take home and delivered our new car the next day. Mike patiently answered questions as I balanced available options with my needs. He answered honestly and thoughtfully. We spent the better part of a day together and yet he never made me feel under a time constraint or pressured. I left with a beautiful Kia Sorento. A huge thank you to JT, the money man (and also a veteran), who was straightforward in helping secure prevention and maintenance at what I felt like was a fair price. Our sales rep. Richard Brennan gets 5***** for his approach and professionalism. Our new Kia Carnival XL Hybrid Prestige also gets 5***** Unfortunately the financ Richard Brennan gets 5***** for his approach and professionalism. Our new Kia Carnival XL Hybrid Prestige also gets 5***** Unfortunately the finance manager get 0* we found him to be dishonest with us as he scrolled through all the paperwork regarding financing and other items on his IPad making us unable to visually see what we were paying for. He spun through IPad like the show wheel of fortune. He then proceeded to print out the paperwork, fold it and place it into an envelope without going over it. We didnt have to sign anything as he made us sign on his ipad. Since we got along with the salesman, we trusted everyone……. BIG mistake. When we got home and had the time to review the paperwork we noticed a few hundred in charges that would have been questioned by us in his office. We were charged $349 for an electronic filing fee and government stamp tax of $70. Then there was another charge paid to others amounting to $162.85???? Then on another page we saw $357.50 for EFS FEE MVWTF BATTERY TIR ??????? Whatever that is. Totally dishonest and goes to show you, it’s very difficult to trust people. Bottom line is that we WOULD recommend this dealership because it was mostly positive. But a WARNING TO FUTURE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE SO CALLED :FINANCE PEOPLE” they’re designed to upsell you things you may not need using fear mongering. Example; in the finance office you see a kia on his computer showing all kinds of wiring in a car. The start of the conversation was to let you know that there’s hundreds of miles of wiring that’s not covered by your warranties. Purpose is to scare you into buying an extended warranty……. And you bought the car because of its excellent reputation and existing warranty. Be Careful and BE AWARE. More
