Took car in for basic oil change service. Two weeks later, noticed significant oil drip on my garage floor and driveway. Called the dealership - they said bring it in right away. I did, and they ackn later, noticed significant oil drip on my garage floor and driveway. Called the dealership - they said bring it in right away. I did, and they acknowledged embarrassment that the plug hadn't been completely tightened. Pretty bad screw-up. I got a verbal apology, and they said they topped off the oil that had drained, but would have thought management would contact me and apologize, offer at least a free oil change for the next time, or something. Their mistake was quite inconvenient and disruptive for me. More
