Purchased a new Ford Explorer Terrific experience from start to finish. We were shown the vehicles that fit our criteria, test drove them, and then were shown the numbers for both Terrific experience from start to finish. I was looking to purchase a 2018 For I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Cortese Ford and my sales representative Jack Hawes. I was looking to purchase a 2018 Ford Edge and found a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. Found the vehicle I wanted, test drove and began negotiating a deal. Jack provided me with information on available rebates, financing and lease options that would work within my budget. Jack worked on my behalf with the sales manager and came up with a great lease deal that I was very comfortable with. Jack handled all the paperwork and delivered the vehicle as promised 2 days later. No problems. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend the dealership and Jack Hawes to prospective buyers. More
