By chance my wife and I stopped into Bozard while visiting St Augustine to look at the Lincoln Aviator. Jack introduced himself to us and from that moment forward he made the entire experience from test drive to placing our customized order an absolute breeze. He was never at any point pushy with us and just simply gave us all the information to make our own decisions. His communication skills were fantastic during the wait for our vehicle to arrive and instead of having us drive up from Tampa to collect our vehicle, he had it delivered to us! He is warm and non-pushy, and spent lots of time with me to thoroughly explain a experience I have ever had. Salesperson Jack Michie is exceptional! He is warm and non-pushy, and spent lots of time with me to thoroughly explain and compare different models and walk me through ordering a Nautilus with the features I wanted. Once ordered, he kept me informed of the tracking of my car as it went through the production and delivery process. After I took delivery, Jack has kept in touch to ensure my satisfaction and see if I have any post buying questions about my vehicle. He also introduced me to the service team, who likewise provided exceptional service when I took my car in for its first regular maintenance. Cant say enough good things about Board Ford Lincoln! I bought a Lincoln Nautilus Black Label from Jack Michie at the Bozzard dealership in St Augustine a few months ago. From the very first time I could tell this would not be a typical car buying experience at the Bozzard dealership in St Augustine a few months ago. From the very first time I could tell this would not be a typical car buying experience! Jack and the dealership are pros. So knowledgable, professional and friendly. I never felt pushed in any way. Jack was extremely helpful with getting my SC tags as well. And, he delivered it to my small SC town with a giant red ribbon atop it and red carpet roll out. I am so impressed with Jack and this dealership! It is worth the travel to get there. I also visited another Lincoln dealer south of there and they were as different as night and day. More

If you want to buy a new Lincoln or a pre-owned Ford in NE Florida and surrounding states Jack Michie with Bozard Ford is your guy. He is truly a gentleman who takes pride in what he does and more so prid NE Florida and surrounding states Jack Michie with Bozard Ford is your guy. He is truly a gentleman who takes pride in what he does and more so pride in the vehicles he sells. I was originally looking for a used vehicle with fairly specific criteria. When I would see one advertised I would message him and he would promptly reply. Usually with its not up to my standards. He would send me vehicles and only vehicles that met my criteria and did not try and sell me on every vehicle on the lot. When I changed my mind on purchasing a vehicle (well the boss did) several times. He never pestered me not a single time. When the time was right I knew the right person to call Jack Michie. We ended up purchasing a new Lincoln Navigator L. Not by his upsetting once again the boss. And more so we changed our mind after leaving the dealership from. The original vehicle was cleaned up and in the showroom. In the pouring rain and switching vehicles Jack himself was wiping down the vehicle. Which I kindly replied was not required. If you have never purchased a Lincoln the buying experience is unmatched. You add Jack the team and I do not think I will purchase another vehicle from a another dealership EVER. Only unfortunate thing is that I can only give 5 starts. More
