Jack at BMW Sudbury was professional and inviting from the word go. He was able to accommodate all of my requests and questions regarding my new X3 xdrive. He also helped out with all the documentation ne the word go. He was able to accommodate all of my requests and questions regarding my new X3 xdrive. He also helped out with all the documentation necessary and ensured everything from ready for me by the time I got my car. Would definitely recommend him in case you are looking for a new BMW and need a professional to speak to. More

Jack O’Donovan at BMW in Sudbury did a terrific job helping me with my “first ever” BMW lease. Jack was a professional from start to finish and did a great job finding the BMW 330xi in the color I wan helping me with my “first ever” BMW lease. Jack was a professional from start to finish and did a great job finding the BMW 330xi in the color I wanted. He was very flexible on meeting times and made sure I got the information I needed from the finance department and the “technology expert” who explained all the cars features to me. Jack was an excellent salesman and the reason I settled on a lease at his location. He never made me feel pressured or tried to over sell. I had a very positive experience with Jack from beginning to end. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I couldn’t drive my car home the day I first saw it and because I live 2 hours away it wa to end. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I couldn’t drive my car home the day I first saw it and because I live 2 hours away it was delivered to me. The car was a fresh trade in that had not gone through the shop yet. Jack shared the work order that BMW of Sudbury put into my car to get my used vehicle back to the best shape. I’ve been driving it for a week now including a road trip to the mountains in snow and it has performed excellently! Not anytime soon, but when I am ready to purchase another vehicle again, I will look for Jack. More
