Mr. Salzman I just wanted to send you a note to express my overwhelming gratitude for your efforts in making a new vehicle a reality for me. I had doubts that I could actually finance a new car because of some unfortunate events in my past that ruined my credit. I was told that it was you that made it happen. Not only did you allow me to have a new vehicle as opposed to a used one, you have also given me the opportunity to rebuild good credit and for this I will forever be in your debt.
Also, I have to give the credit to Mike Bohn. Although we met under terrible circumstances, I was so glad I could help him and he has helped me tremendously! You have a very fine salesman as well as a fine young man. He delivered unequaled, superior customer service to me and I can tell that is his norm for any customer he encounters. As a matter of fact, everyone I have dealt with in your dealership has been exceptional. It is obvious that excellent customer service is paramount at Lake Norman Chrysler. i appreciated the low pressure atmosphere that i experienced at lake norman chrysler. it was as easy as it gets. jack and i sat down at a computer and searched the used truck that i was looking for. we found it, jack brought it in and i approved the condition of the vehicle. we agreed on a fair price and it was done! the easiest deal i have ever made when purchasing a vehicle new or used. jay then took care of the paper work as well as getting me drinks and making sure i was comfortable through the entire process. the dealer ship is clean, very friendly and has a great atmosphere over all. i will go back when i am ready for my next auto. ii have purchased vehicles from lake norman chrysler in the past and im sure i will again. it is a model for what auto. dealerships should be!! thanks, bob pippin

I purchased a new 2011 dodge charger. I was referred to Willie by a friend...and he did not disappoint. He worked with me to get the loan done at the terms I needed. When the financing got a little challenging Jack stepped in to help see the deal thru. This was impressive to me because Jack is the owner. I had a great experience here....and I GOT FREE CAR WASHES FOR LIFE!! Thanks guys.

Went to dealership to get my Dodge Dakota pickup washed and to turn in my Premier Event numbers to spin. We seen a new Dodge Charger sitting on the showroom floor and we thinking about buying something with better fuel millage than what we had.
Spoke with Wille and he got Amanda involved and we came up with a number we all coulod live with.
Jack and his staff are always helpful and get the job done. My wife and I are very happy with our new Dodge Charger.
This is about the 10th car we have purchased from Lake Norman and will return for the next one.

My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Mark, his sales manager and the Owner, yes Owner, actually worked together to put together a deal on a 2010 Dodge Charger R/T that I would be happy with and would benefit both sides (Dealer and Consumer). Mark did a great job in explaining the process the care and the dealership. He has also guaranteed that the dealership will handle a bad scratch on one of the doors even after the car was sold. He stated they will make it right, even if they have to replace the whole door. They were very perfessional and the dealership is clean and friendly.

Oh, and the car is a BEAST.

My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Nathan and Chris were very helpful. They did not attempt any dealer double talk or fee this fee that. I asked for an out the door price and they provided it, we negotiated a price that was acceptable for both parties very easily. They also provided top dollar for my trade.

Also once everything was finished the owner Jack Salzman and the sales manager Obie Herrrera stopped by to thank me for my business that level of customer service is not seen often and was much appreciated. This is my family’s 4th Jeep from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge and most likely won’t be our last!

A VERY good experience!!
