I purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacific mini van a couple weeks ago. When drove the van home, I discovered a tapping sound coming from Glove compartment area and was concerned as same issue I had a coupl weeks ago. Contacted sales and reported issue found in owning the vehicle less than 24 hours. Sales had me return the van and they would diagnose and repair at no cost to me. Service resolved the problem and even installed two floor panels pull rings that were observed to be broken during van check out and test drive. xxxxx Auto Group went above and beyond in their customer satisfaction Sustainability and acted fairly with compassion toward customer as myself. Therefore, I highly rate this dealership 5 Star. More
