I recently purchased a vehicle from Dick's CJDR Wilsonville, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, answered all my questions, and didn’t pressure me at any point. The test drive was smooth, and I appreciated the detailed explanation of the car's features. The financing process with Brandon was also straightforward and stress-free. Mike went above and beyond the norm, and delivered my car to me in Vancouver. In the end, I got a car I love, and I'm confident that I made the right decision. Overall we give Dick's five stars but that is only because of the awesome customer service we received from Steve Merklin and Mike Johnston. We had submitted the preapproval on financing, worked with because of the awesome customer service we received from Steve Merklin and Mike Johnston. We had submitted the preapproval on financing, worked with Rachel through text messages about it, received incorrect information during online chat with Brandon, the initial financing offer was 2% more than what Rachel said our top rate would be. The finance department pushed using a bank with a notorious reputation but Ryan and Mike Johnston got the paperwork figured out for us so we could use a bank with an excellent reputation. That extra effort made us satisfied customers and we will recommend Dick's to anyone with a few warnings about what to watch for with the finance department. You can be honest and still make a profit. Think about training your sales agents on how to complete the financing side so the customers can have a great experience all the way through. More

The guys were Super helpful, knowledgeable, low pressure to work with. I really enjoyed my experience. My only disappointment is I called back two days later and wanted to upgrade to the diesel and they to work with. I really enjoyed my experience.
