He is a dynamic young man who puts the customer at ease and listens to not only what you have to say but how you say it. Although I pretty much knew I wanted the car before I went to the dealership (internet saves SO much time), I didn't feel pressured or rushed into buying. Daniel was extremely informative about the car and was willing to work hard to make the sale possible. The only thing negative I can say about the experience is that there MUST be a way to do quicker paperwork, but Jacky Hwang did a fine job of explaining each piece before I signed. I returned the car for its Simonization/Glass Coat and was immediately greeted by Daniel as he processed the service. This is the first time I have ever had a salesman greet me happily AFTER he's sold the car. Most have moved on to the next sale. I hope Daniel will my salesman whenever I buy another car, but feel he will move up in a Car Dealership quickly. Hopefully, Leith will reward his ability and keep him with Leith. More

We decided to give Honda a try and went to Leith Honda specifically to see Nahru Williams. We were told that he would give us the best deal on a new car! Everything they had said was true! Nahru gave us excellent customer service along with making us feel special and part of the Honda family! He was very knowledgeable about the CRV and explained everything about the CRV to us. Took us on a tour of the dealership and introduced us to others letting us know where to bring our car for service. Working with Jacky financing our car also went smoothly! No Pressure...best service...best price. I was in the look-mode for a SUV one step down from our Highlander. I had already decided to buy one that lasts...meaning that I needed to buy either a Honda or a Toyota (my bibliography consists of Consumer Reports:) The finals consisted of Toyota RAV4 and the Honda CR-V. It didn't take Sales/Leasing Consultant Alex Quintana very long to convince me that you just get more car for the money when you go with the CR-V. I second-guessed Alex all weekend and studied what they had to offer right beside what my nearest Toyota dealership could do. The leasing option left the RAV4 in the dust. It truly was an offer I couldn't refuse. And Alex worked hard for me along the way. Financial guru Jacky Hwang made the "gulp...what have I done!" part near-bout enjoyable. He even complimented me on my credit score...thanks Jacky, that was very much.appreciated. I recommend these two guys wherever they work, now and into the future...Leith Honda is blessed to have them on their team. Thanks guys! P.S. Please don't tell my wife...it's a surprise! More
