Jacob, Alex, and Eric were amazing! Had the deal negotiated over the phone a few weeks ago. Car was in transit and when it arrived, Alex called me right away. I came in next day and they had the car prepped and ready for me. Took a little time to get the paperwork done but they were super courteous offering drinks and making me feel welcomed. I drove a long way to get the car and it was definitely worth it. Jacob followed up with numerous calls to make sure I knew how to work everything and if I had any questions. Excellent service all around and I’ll give them my business again and again without hesitation. More

We had a great experience with Jacob. He listened to what we were looking for showed us a car we hadn’t been considering before that was an even better fit for us. I am happy to report that even after the sale Jacob was excellent in communication and response time! He was extremely thorough in helping with the sale and was respectful of our time (we were there with two little ones!). The entire dealership was courteous to the fact that we had little kids and tried to get us in and out as fast as possible! I chose Volvo for the customer service and happy to say that they have not disappointed! More
