My over all experience was good, kinda intimidating when walking in, no one was really friendly besides Jacob.. front desk lady just looks at u with a glare and everyone else just talks to them self, the de walking in, no one was really friendly besides Jacob.. front desk lady just looks at u with a glare and everyone else just talks to them self, the dealership doesn’t have slight music on like others.. Jacob did a good job at taking care of me, although when u got my car u figured the dealership would fill my new car up with gas as most dealerships do, when they detail it.. and it was not filled up with gas, it was on a quarter of a tank.. other then that Jacob was amazing but the environment inside the dealership was not to good.. Sales team was great. Kept us lnformed all the way thru assemble dates to delivery date. The delivery was within window that was given. Dealer prep was actually a few hours early but we were not available for early pickup. Loved the timely updates over the 31 day window Between purchase of the car and delivery of the car. There is one open issue which local dealer is working on that is the color difference of the radio antenna to what was shown us at the time of purchase. More
