Poor , alignment was suppose to be done but still pulls to the right, I don’t believe they did anything, car was brought back dirty, was suppose to wash it, manager had to bring car back in to wash, will b to the right, I don’t believe they did anything, car was brought back dirty, was suppose to wash it, manager had to bring car back in to wash, will be going to another mechanic to have it checked out, this should have been done before purchased, only had car 3 weeks and been in shop twice already and still not right. I had a 530 appointment with Jake, to sign for my vehicle. I was asked to come early, I sat there for almost 2 hours and did not sit with Jake until almost 7 pm.
