They stayed in my range and actually got my payments lowered. Amine, the finance manager was awesome as well. Nightmare I had a not so good experience at this dealership they worked hard to get me approved but once I told them I needed more time to think the deal over I had a not so good experience at this dealership they worked hard to get me approved but once I told them I needed more time to think the deal over to make sure I was making the right choice in buying the car that they had me approved for everything went south they started making sarcastic remarks and didn't want to help me any more . I went to a different dealership and got a much better deal in a newer car with lesser miles. More

Wow amazing I have purchase cars in the past at different dealers and it has been always a nightmare. The dealer always gives us unreal figures and when we are leaving they want to make it happen but they blew it by then. Now the experience that I received at Universal Hyundai by far was the best I have ever had. Joel Rivas was amazing and treated us how everyone should treat a buying customer, like VIP. He walked us around the Dealer and showed us the Café that they have and the nail salon but what made tjis place stand out for me was the level of attention he gave us. We had our little ones here while we were buying and he catered to them just as much as us. Joel Rivas was amazing and definitely sending everyone that I know to him and only him. Amazing, friendly, confortable and trust worthy. I went to Universal Hyundai to look for a replacement car of my old one. when I got there Raul Martinez greeted me. Friendly and professional, he made me feel extremely confortable right away. He introduced me to his co-workers and managers as if i was a very important person. I knew which car I wanted from the beginning, it was the Genesis Coupe. I told Raul and with ought hesitating he went and got it for me. I got in the car and we went for a treat drive. we where talking about the car and everything about its specs and performance. I loved the car since the beginning it all came up to the price really. we sat down and in a shot time we came to an agreement. I went to fin icing sing all the paperwork and went home with it. My experience at Universal Hyundai was extremely different than in other dealers I’ve been to. I spoke with Jacob Mcneely for a while he made me feel very secure of the decision I was making and it did not felt like a sales pitch, it felt like an honest one to one conversation. at the end the service, the staff, the product etc. was excellent. Raul had a friendly way of conversing and very trust worthing I felt like. In the end everithing was a very nice experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a car and a great experience. More
