I have been dealing with Colonial West Fitchburg for a little over year now. I have only praise for my salesman Sean Salem. Both times I worked with her and I can't say enough about what an asset this employee is to Colonial West Fitchburg. She's approachable, friendly, professional, and best of all knowledgeable. I also want to mention Jackie at the service desk was so nice to work with. I had a minor crisis that she calmly and professionally helped me get through. These staff members need to be recognized for their outstanding service. Especially in the demanding nature of customer care and the workplace of today. More

Excellent service! Edison took a text drive with me to try to duplicate the problem I was having with my vehicle. Though my vehicle did not do the problem, he discussed things to possibly try should the try to duplicate the problem I was having with my vehicle. Went to colonial to get an oil change and voiced some of my concerns with my vehicle and they were really friendly and help me out. This the second time I have bought a truck from Bill McMahon. I will return to him again. He is a honest sales man. I have been to a lot of dealerships he is the best so far.
