Rick Case Scammed me I purchased a certified pre-owned Hyundai Tuscon from Rick Case Hyundai, with Jacques Fanfan as the salesman. In the midst of the purchase, one of the I purchased a certified pre-owned Hyundai Tuscon from Rick Case Hyundai, with Jacques Fanfan as the salesman. In the midst of the purchase, one of the Rick Case employees I advised that I inspect the car to make sure the condition was what I expected. Upon inspection, I discovered a dent in the bumper and said that this was a problem, to which Jacques said that the dealer would call me that week,and would replace the bumper. A week and a half later, the dealer never called. I scheduled an appointment for the vehicle, and when I showed up, was advised that the change of the bumper was not put on file by Jacques, when it was supposed to. The head of their lease return manager, Jake Howard, informed me that he would call Jacques, and would give me a call, but that the bumper could not be replaced unless he confirmed. Mr. Howard never returned my call. I would avoid this dealership, and specifically Jacques Fanfan if your quest is to avoid a dealership that has dishonest business practices. More

My dream came true twice from Mr. Fan Fan, he is very patient, and loveable. I bless God for letting me come back to Mr.Fan Fan for my second car from a 2013 to 2018 truck. I have so much faith that i can share with Mr. And Mrs. Case and Mr. some day God will pay my car off in full. I just love Mr Fanfan i fell like He apart of my family. More

So, in the future I don't think it should be "mandatory" for someone to have to give their comments for your review. Answering the questions is sufficient. If there were a problem then you should be concerned otherwise you should be happy someone took the time to complete this multi-page survey. More
