Jaime Ossa was a most charming, knowledgable and service oriented sales person. He made the new car buying experience simply wonderful and hassle free. His follow up was outstanding. He went to bat for me throughout the process of finding the car out of state, ensuring it had all of the features I was seeking, and negotiating on my trade-in and . His love of his job and the pleasure he takes working at the dealership were always evident and inspired my loyalty. I will recommend Jaime to all of my car buying colleagues.

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Jaime Ossa at the North Scottsdale Audi Dealership and it is my pleasure to share my phenomenal experience with potential customers. I decided that I wanted a Q5 in February, 2011, and decided to trade in my BMW X3. From the minute we talked in the door of Audi North Scottsdale, my dad was drawn to Jaime’s friendly smile and we learned right away what a pleasure Jaime was to work with. The Q5 is sporty, luxurious, and reliable, and I knew right away that this was the car for me. Unlike many car salesmen, Jaime was not pushy and simply wanted me to make a decision that I was happy with. I ordered all of the options that I desired on 2/5/11, and was informed that the vehicle would not be in until mid April. After a long anticipated wait, the car that I ordered arrived at the dealership on 4/21/11. Jaime took quite a bit of time to go over the entire car with me, including setting up my Bluetooth and I could not wait to take it home. However, I left the dealership and learned that the gas tank was empty, so I pulled into the closest gas station. After filling up my tank, I attempted to start the car, only to get a number of error messages and was unable to start it. I had only driven three miles from the dealership and completely lost my mind. I called Jaime on his personal cell phone and he responded to my concerns immediately. Despite the fact that it was after hours, he came to the gas station with an Audi loaner car within thirty minutes, and waited for Audi Assist to pick the vehicle up to go back to the dealership. He was apologetic and attentive to the issue from the start.

After a few days in the service department, Jaime was told that the car passed a thorough inspection and was good to go, and he was kind enough to bring the vehicle to my home on 4/26/11. However, after he arrived at my house, the car once again would not start and displayed a variety of error messages. Jaime assured me that he would resolve this issue and he did. He worked with management to get me a new vehicle with all of the options that I had ordered as quickly as possible, and was quick to respond to all of my emails and phone calls. When my brand new car had arrived, he once again delivered the car to my home, and brought all of the paperwork with as well. Jaime made sure that I was completely satisfied, and was great about keeping me updated throughout the process. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jaime Ossa of Audi, and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him in the future. After driving my new Q5 for a few days, I am completely satisfied with my purchase, as well as my experience with this dealership, and would not hesitate to buy another Audi from Jaime in the future.

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
During my search for a Honda Element (yes I got it from Audi) I was berated and hounded with emails and phone calls from dealerships with which I had made simple inquiries. All of which sold the vehicles I was literally en route to see.
When I called Jaime with Audi North Scottsdale he was friendly, gave accurate directions and promised to have the car waiting when I arrived. When I did pull up, the Element was in fact pulled right up front and I was test driving it not 5 minutes later. Jamie answered all my questions and was very calm and informative. It was easy to ask questions and have them answered honestly.
I was SO impressed with him as a salesman, as in the past, my experiences had been awful, dealing with cheesy, overbearing, and pushy sales people. I always approached buying a car with disdain. Any dealerships I go to in the future will now have HUGE shoes to fill.
Jaime is awesome--I could not say enough nice things about him and my experience purchasing a car. I also feel the need to mention, that while I am sure Jaime and his staff are more accustomed to selling luxury cars to the people that can afford them (not underpaid teachers :) ), I felt perfectly comfortable with everyone at the dealership and each and every person I even passed by was courteous and respectful.

When it came time to deal with the finances, I was somewhat apprehensive, having had poor experiences previously. Greg was patient and informative and didn't bat an eyelash when I wanted to call or text a family member for a bit of advice on warranties. He himself was very forthright about pros and cons of the decision. I never imagined that I would actually be smiling and laughing during the process. Leaving the office I felt comfortable and satisfied with my purchase.

Honestly, if I need another car, while an Audi is probably nowhere in my future, I will definitely go back to Audi of North Scottsdale to peruse their used inventory.
