Jake grew up in the small town of Mt. Carmel, IL. He is second generation in the automotive business, His father has owned and operated Bishop Motors for over 48 years. After graduating EKU with a BA in Communication Studies he went back to the family business of helping people get in to automobiles. After spending time working for his dad, he went to Kenny Kent Chevrolet where he spent some time working on product knowledge and customer service. He moved to the Louisville market to be around his loving wife (Alexa) and her family. He has been with the Hook family now for 4+ years and enjoys spending time with his customers and helping them get into vehicles that they love. His hobbies include spending time with family, golf, and poker. One of his biggest dreams includes being on the show Survivor one day. If you have any questions he would love to help provide you with the right answers along with the exceptional customer service he can provide.

The experience I had with Jake was hassle free. He stayed late when I needed him to, and worked with me on price and trade-in value. He knows that if he takes care of me now that I’ll be back to buy another late when I needed him to, and worked with me on price and trade-in value. We worked with Jake Bishop in purchasing our 2018 Chevrolet Silverado LT 4WD. We viewed 5 vehicles and test drove 3 of those vehicles. Jason was very thorough in his description of the vehicles and Chevrolet Silverado LT 4WD. We viewed 5 vehicles and test drove 3 of those vehicles. Jason was very thorough in his description of the vehicles and the buying process. He was able to answer all our questions. He treated us as if we were his most valued customers of the day. I would recommend Jake to any potential buyers. More

My car buying experience with Jake at Bob Hook was the absolute best EVER. From the very beginning he listened to exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and I felt like I was talking to a PERSON, not a “car s absolute best EVER. From the very beginning he listened to exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and I felt like I was talking to a PERSON, not a “car salesman.” He offered an overnight test drive of the vehicle so I could make sure this was the right choice for my family. I knew within an hour of taking the car home it was for me. When we sat down the next day to make the purchase, it was the easiest, quickest experience ever! I purchased a used SUV & there was a small scratch on the door when I bought it but Jake said he could get it buffed out easily. Jake drove to my place of business, picked up the vehicle, took it to Bob Hook to have the scratch buffed out and when he brought it back my vehicle was washed, vacuumed and he put my new license plate on for me!! I was sooooo happy!! Jake is honest and loyal to his customers, he treats them like human beings not dollar signs. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and will help you in anyway he can!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! More
