Experience Eveyone is willing to help but some of the customer service is a little bit lacking. When you have a customer in front of you, you should not wonder o Eveyone is willing to help but some of the customer service is a little bit lacking. When you have a customer in front of you, you should not wonder off continusly. Please stay with the customer and make then feel like at that moment they are your number 1 priority. The Customer should not have to fill out paper work and then wait 10+ minutes for you to come back and get it because you are either wondering or tying to multi task, especially first thing in the morning. People have to be at work and or just don't have the time to sit at the dealership for hours on end. Also, website gives you one price for your trade in and then there is another price when you get there with some excuse for it going to another price. I was honest on filling out the information and was given 500.00 dollars less for the trade in because of some bogus excuse. You really need to not give people faulse information. Other than that, it was a good experience. More
