Given that, the sales staff (Jake) was very patient in answer all of our questions, multiple test drives, and then some time in between before we purchased! The finance department was excellent as well at finding a great rate and explaining all the fine details - not to mention staying past close to finish up. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I know for certain my wife and I will be back to purchase again! More

No Surprises! I started the process by finding the vehicle on their website equipped with the options and color I desired. On the website, I was able to view actual pictures of the vehicle I was interested in including reviewing the window sticker to confirm desired equipment. The prices, discounts and rebates were all disclosed as well as finance options and payment amounts. Lease options were also available. The visit to the dealership went smoothly and without any surprises or tricks. They were very transparent and honest throughout and I would definitely buy from them again! More

Took way to long Jake was pleasant to deal with. We had a test drive and made our decision in about 30 minutes. Then the disappointing part. Spent hours listening to a Jake was pleasant to deal with. We had a test drive and made our decision in about 30 minutes. Then the disappointing part. Spent hours listening to all the upselling to get more money out of you being sent from one person to the next. Then when finally finished we find that they make no effort to get all the keys back on their leased vehicle probably because if you only get one key you may spend another 2 to 3 hundred dollars to get a second key that probably only cost them 10 bucks. Very disappointing. Two keys should be provided on every vehicle. More
