I bought two of my cars from the same salesman, Jake Moore. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed us the 2016 Fusion and explained all the rebates and features. I am 100% satisfied with our purchase and the great attitude and willingness to help us make the purchase. I would definitely recommend going to RICART and talking to Jake. More

The first truck was not what I was looking for and Jake took the time to drive me around on the golf cart to look at the rest of the inventory, after looking at every F350 on the lot, the very last one , was the one i decided to take home ,it was the right color and offered at a great price compared to similar trucks at other dealerships. All the way from North Carolina I set out to find a F350 that was Race Red and needless to say I never knew it would be that hard. I talked to numerous dealers from North Carolina, I set out to find a F350 that was Race Red and needless to say I never knew it would be that hard. I talked to numerous dealers from North Carolina, to New York looking for the best deal. I wasn't 100% set on the color due to realizing it was rare, but knew what I wasn't going to just settle for as far as the detail of the truck inside and out. I found what is now my truck at Ricart and called the dealership to inquire about it. Jake Moore was very professional and helpful from beginning to end. I became skeptical of the price that he gave me for the truck due to all the dealers that I had talked to telling me that there was NO way I was going to be able to buy that truck for what they were trying to sell it to me for. Sooooooo.... I began to question my choice as to buy from a dealer that was 9 hours away from home or settle for what I could learn to live with at home. Every time I had a question about anything and I called Jake he was always very nice and helpful in everyway. Once I continued to get the run around with well known dealers around my area in North Carolina, I decided it was time to take my chances and drive to Ohio and meet Jake. Before I left I was given a price for the truck that I initially set out to buy, the price that every dealer from miles around said I would never get. Once I met Jake, who was nice enough to pick me up from dropping off the rental that I drove to get to Columbus, the rest of the process was very smooth. From the time I walked into the dealership, everyone was so nice and helpful. There was never any pressure to do anything, and the price that I was told I would never get was the same price that I drove away with. They even included a free lifetime power train warranty, which EVERYONE gets. I will drive back to Columbus OH to purchase my next truck with out a question. More
