Why would anyone buy anywhere else? This is the third vehicle I purchased at BRANDON FORD. I can not overstate what a pleasure it is dealing with this group. I was given Don and he did an amazing job as showing me the care i deserved and answered questions i had in purchasing a 2014 fusion. I'm 65 years old and I have purchased over 20 new cars over the past 45 years, models ranging from a new BMW 7 Series to a Mazda 3. After making this purchase I commented to my wife that this was a p cars over the past 45 years, models ranging from a new BMW 7 Series to a Mazda 3. After making this purchase I commented to my wife that this was a pleasant experience. The selection was the best in the Tampa area, internet search, the e mail exchange before coming to the dealership was pleasant no high pressure or multiple emails a day from everyone at the dealership. No high pressure phone calls, just straight forward questions on my part and answers from Jake. The toughest decision was deciding on which auto to buy. There was no question that a car was going to be purchased that day. My plans had been to check out two dealerships, as it turns out I didn't feel the need to do so after meeting Jake and looking over his inventory. The finance experience was also quick, easy and pleasant. The interest rate Toni found for us was much better than we expected. The dealership was bright, clean and had a welcoming feel. I wish it were closer to my home in South Tampa. I had a trade in and was somewhat disappointed in the trade in value offered. I already had received a cash buy offer from CarMax which was 500.00 more the trade offered. I wound up selling for more either offer. More

I sent an email request for information and pricing on a F150 from your website and received a response from Jake within hours. He is a man of his word and provides levels of customer service I didn't think existed any longer. He is a true professional and an asset to your dealership. I came to Brandon Ford after requesting and getting an "E-price" for a car advertised on your website. During the past two weeks, prior to coming to Brandon Ford, I had visited four other dealers in the T "E-price" for a car advertised on your website. During the past two weeks, prior to coming to Brandon Ford, I had visited four other dealers in the Tampa Bay Area. All of those visits were due to ads on their websites. Some turned out to be nothing more than "bait and switch". After getting an "E-price" I liked, I contacted Jake Potocek and arranged to meet with him the following day. When I met with Jake, I told him that while I liked the features of the car in the ad, I wasn't sure I could adjust to the color (bright blue). I pointed to a charcoal gray one nearby and told him if the car in the ad were that color, we could probably come to a deal. He said that the gray car had the exact same features as the blue and that he would offer it for the same price. From there, it was just a matter of completing all the paperwork. Jake and the Finance Mgr, Barry Moss were both very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and personally engaging. More
