I walked in off the street. Rita, the greeter, directed me to Jake, who would be my salesman. Jake didn't try to distract me from what I wanted. With so many new technologies, Jake not only programmed them, but took the time to explain them to me and my husband. I returned for my learning curve update and Jake was right there.
