I gave the dealership an overall 5-star rating however I never directly worked with Christopher and only spent 15 minutes with Shaun to sign paperwork and finalize the financing. He totally exceeded expectations. He was very friendly and stayed connected with me throughout the manufacturing process to ensure I was satisfied. His handholding then made the transaction as seamless as possible when the car was delivered and available for purchase. I am VP of Sales at my company and only work with people I like and applaud those that go the "extra mile". Jake is that guy. I purchased a 2023 Highlander and have been driving it for about a week and love, love, love the car. More
