Jamar, with the teamwork of Mike Council and Abe Gueye, enabled me to walk away from the "money pit" vehicle I was still making payments on, and put into a 2016 Honda CR-V. All I ever wanted was a good service relationship experience from the car dealer I had been dealing with. That dream was never realized. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. As I told Mike and Jamar in the parking lot when I was leaving with my new vehicle - you guys xxxxing rock!!!!! My experience at Waldorf Honda I appreciate the great customer service and patience that the staff demonstrated in our encounter. I was there for an oil change and just so happened I appreciate the great customer service and patience that the staff demonstrated in our encounter. I was there for an oil change and just so happened to be browsing when approached by a salesmanship about puchasing a vehicle. His thorough knowledge of the trade in process and of the new accords lured me in(I had a 2014 accord). I decided to come back the next day. The salesman was off at 8pm, but he waited for me to get my haircut and I arrived at 8:45pm. I was very unsure and tried to leave several times but by the end of the night the manager had presented me with a deal that beat out my credit union's financing offer. We literally didnt finish everything till 11pm and they were supposed to close at 9. I appreciate the time they took to make sure I understood everything and didn't try to expedite the process in order to go home. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for not only value, but tremendous service! I left with a beautiful new accord lx More

So one needs to fixes this or I will turn the car back in and call the better business or even persue legal action! More
