Everyone that I talked to, and took test drives with, were very nice. Asked if I wanted water or coffee, and explained everything I didn't understand. The salesman, Juan Acosta, went out of his way to accommodate us! He was very friendly and helpful. He took his time to go over all the features of the RAV4 to make sure we understood and were comf accommodate us! He was very friendly and helpful.
