Great service team. My Bronco is not an easy vehicle to maintain. The blue team, led by James, does a great job keeping me on the road, despite the difficulties in doing My Bronco is not an easy vehicle to maintain. My frequent service visits necessitates frequent use of loaner vehicles, Kayla does a great job of making sure I have wheels. More

Fast, thorough, respectful and cost effective. James Case and the Blue team have provided us with exceptional service again. I switched dealers 8 years ago and will only use Landmark Ford and Linc James Case and the Blue team have provided us with exceptional service again. I switched dealers 8 years ago and will only use Landmark Ford and Lincoln now. The service department is amazing-- fast, thorough and always pleasant. I appreciate their knowledge and experience. Missed a few things! I brought my Explorer in for a Oil Change and inspection. The only issue I have is with the inspection! My passenger fog light housing was broken I brought my Explorer in for a Oil Change and inspection. The only issue I have is with the inspection! My passenger fog light housing was broken a week or two prior to bringing it in, but the inspection report noted everything was good and no damage anywhere I noticed after I got home. Also in a previous visit a few months earlier, the service adviser noted a leak around the thermostat area, but I never repaired it, but this time everything was great. I'm not sure how the inspection goes, but it's not doing well. Update: They called me back and I rescheduled to have the Fog Light housing installed. They installed it and it worked out. More

His common sense approach to vehicle maintenance is refreshing. He shares his knowledge, gives his opinion on those things which are important and those which can wait. As a result I have grown to trust his word about needed maintenance. My vehicle has always been ready when promised and washed to boot! More

Consistently great service. Long time customer, always getting great service. Always trustworthy. I feel I've always received best service for the money.
