This dealership is excellent, normal high pursuit of excellence as all Lexus dealerships I have deal with in the past. Best sales manager, general manager and service manager followed up with me proper excellence as all Lexus dealerships I have deal with in the past. Best sales manager, general manager and service manager followed up with me properly and speedily. The sales person Cindy Rivera was spectacular which I haven’t had this level of service in 35 years. I live in Maryland but I will call her first for any referral or future Lexus purchases regardless if she’s in New York. Gary Steen More

I would strongly encourage you to avoid working with this dealership. The dishonesty and trickery we dealt with was unbelievable. Don't waste your time with this guy, he tried to add a $1500 Processing fee for ALL Used Cars. THEN ADD IT TO ALL YOUR USED CAR PRICES! I Drove 1hr 45min, the Escalade was not in good condition, I was goi $1500 Processing fee for ALL Used Cars. THEN ADD IT TO ALL YOUR USED CAR PRICES! I Drove 1hr 45min, the Escalade was not in good condition, I was going to buy it anyway because the drive train seemed to be good, and I can touch it up details myself. He removed the $1500, (which I've read on these reviews that other people didn't have to pay), checked with Finance, they gave the OKAY! We closed the deal. Then as I fill out the credit check to see if they can give me a better rate then my bank, he comes back and says he cant remove the $1500, and adds it back on. Then when I call him out on it, he starts talking in circles, cant put a sentence together. I don't play games, so I got up and left. I was ready to pay FULL PRICE!, what kind of a BAD salesman can BLOW a DONE DEAL!?! Don't waste your time with these guys. Also I called many salesmen the day before and no one called me back to see if the car was on the lot before I drove that far, but that is another tactic they play to get you on the lot. Also, when I said, I wont buy from you and I will just pay for it on the website, he said, "you can't do that, it wont work online, you need a salesman". Also, No Parking anywhere, had to park on the sidewalk.
