Put on hold multiple times and my call was redirected over a half dozen times to phones that just rang only to go back on hold again. After over 15 minutes finally got transferred to customer support and there gentleman that took my call had the answer I was looking for in just a minute or 2. More

Personable, efficient and accommodating experience Despite having pre-approval, the last several days of my car buying experience had been disappointment after disappointment: my dream car sold by the Despite having pre-approval, the last several days of my car buying experience had been disappointment after disappointment: my dream car sold by the time I got to the dealership to test drive, the dealership made promises they couldn't keep, etc. etc. etc. While the Ricart Used Car Factory was particularly busy when I arrived on this Saturday morning, Courtney Scholl greeted me with a smile as I approached the building and asked if I had already been helped, or if there was anything I needed. From that point - and until I left the dealership in a much newer car with very low miles - the car selection and finance process was stellar. I am grateful for the patient, thorough, and knowledgeable team at Ricart who make (what can be) a stressful experience enjoyable, as it should. When the time comes to find a new vehicle again, Ricart will be the first stop. More
