Eli is a wonderful salesman. Service took care of us right after we bought a car and we got check engine light. Buying process was fine (out of town buyer, bought car over the phone and had car shipped by the dealer). problems started when I transferred funds. Weeks go by and do not hear from the dealer, it’s been over the phone and had car shipped by the dealer). problems started when I transferred funds. Weeks go by and do not hear from the dealer, it’s been almost two months and I do not have a title and have no idea when I will get it. Dealer personnel pass the buck from department to department and no one seems to be accountable for processing the title. Furthermore, car arrived scratched and have had little to no assistance trying to get their shipper to provide feedback on the insurance claim. Their post-sale service is worthless. More

Since the takeover from previous owners, the service and experience sucks. So many issues from being provided a wrong sticker for my next oil change, to squeaky brakes, and completely rusted looking rotors experience sucks. So many issues from being provided a wrong sticker for my next oil change, to squeaky brakes, and completely rusted looking rotors and brake pads since they were replaced… who drives around with rusty looking wheels - I do, now that I had that done at Elder a few months ago. And brakes that squeak nonstop to boot. Not impressed at all. The only thing that is nice is the service reps do their best to keep the customer happy but in the end, crappy work from the technicians isn’t going to leave the customer happy. I had my oil light come on on 12/22 didn’t before Christmas and checked my oil that was thick, dark and very low so rushed to have it done at a quick oil change place that did a much better job within 25 min. The sticker said I didn’t need an oil change for over 7k More miles. I’m glad I didn’t rely on just that sticker and thank God my oil reminder light came on for me to second guess the work and whether I needed an oil change yet or not. I waited to do this review to see how my brakes were working because when I left after the work was done on the brakes and rotors, my brake pads were so tight you could hear them scraping the rotors for a good 400 miles before the noise slowly went away. However, ever time I press the brakes to stop, they squeak and sound awful to this day. It’s embarrassing pulling up to pick up my kids from school With all the noise too. Needless to say, I Will not be going back there again, and was a customer at Elder Ford since 2009. More
