Let’s start by saying I have purchased four vehicles from Marino’s. And as far as that goes I have no problem with. However their service department is where I usually have a problem with. When I purchased m Marino’s. And as far as that goes I have no problem with. However their service department is where I usually have a problem with. When I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased a vehicle maintenance program. This includes oil change and tire rotation. Now here comes the problem with this individual. The service consultant comes and finds me in the waiting area to tell me I have swollen lug nuts. The repair for swollen lug nuts would be $330.00 US dollars. Now, I must have fool written on top of my forehead. I declined said repair option and this service consultant related to me that they would not be able to rotate my tires. I’m not sure but if a service mechanic only has one socket, maybe he should invest in more sockets. I was deprived of having my tires rotated which I have paid for in advance with Marino Chrysler Jeep & Dodge. After my last oil change which I already paid for. I will find a new place to have my vehicle serviced. I am fed up with the service at the service department at Marino Chrysler jeep & Dodge. More

The car was ready for pickup earlier then expected. Was not happy with some of the work done during the repair. Once the car was returned to me, I was unable to open the hood. Turns out that the cable wa not happy with some of the work done during the repair. Once the car was returned to me, I was unable to open the hood. Turns out that the cable was never reconnected. The cable was wedged behind the plastic panel. Was able to fix this myself. Looked under the hood to find I am missing plastic screw tabs that hold on a panel. Would have expected a better check to have been done before releasing the car to the customer. Have yet to receive a call back when leaving a voicemail message. More

I normally have to no issues. I have an extended warranty with a $100 deductible. Had a sensor replaced in Feb 2020 and paid $100 deductible. Same sensor went out in August and I was charged $100 yet again e with a $100 deductible. Had a sensor replaced in Feb 2020 and paid $100 deductible. Same sensor went out in August and I was charged $100 yet again even though the part has a 1 year warranty. Very upsetting and disappointing. I sent a text regarding this to the service advisor the day after I got the car back when I realized they replaced the same part and I received no response. More
