Jim was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He helped me with my first mercedes lease about 4 years ago and there was no question in my mind as to who I was going to for the second lease. I had actually de with my first mercedes lease about 4 years ago and there was no question in my mind as to who I was going to for the second lease. I had actually decided to buy my car, but after Jim educated me and showed me all the bells and whistles of the new model, I euphorically decided to lease the 2011. My husband is so thrilled with this car that as soon as his Jaguar lease is up, he's going to see Jim for the exact same car. Jim is THE BEST!!!! More
