I'm not a great one for writing dealership reviews but this was a truly pleasant experience. Jim is completely knowledgeable of his product line and was able to answer any and all questions asked of him. He's as interested in building friendships as in building a long client list. Just a nice guy. I was treated professionally and fairly by the dealership. I hope Herb Chambers realizes what he has in Jim Estabrook. He's the face of truck sales at Flagship. More

Jim Estabrook was very attentive to what we said we were looking for, and what we said we could spend, and then proceeded to work with us to show us a range of possible vehicles that would fit what we wanted. We actually didn't expect to buy a car the day we first went to Flagship - we thought we were starting to look seriously - but Jim was so thorough with us, and presented us with enough options, that we were able to test drive and select a vehicle before leaving that afternoon. More
