Jim Fish was very professional and honest in providing a great vehicle purchasing experience. Jim provided patient service, and either provided thorough answers to the questions that I had, or, if he did not know the answers, he sought out the answers from reliable sources and provided those answers to me. If I knew someone that needed to purchase a vehicle, I would definitely send them to Heritage, and to Jim Fish in particular.

My Review Of Heritage Chevrolet Buick Owings Mills:

Mr. Fish contacted me by phone and acknowlegded that my request for a vehicle had been received and he would be interested in talking with me. I was able to visit the same day. A gentleman opened the door for me on my arrival and happened to be Mr Fish. He was friendly and courteous for the next several hours and apologetic for some of the delays I faced. I think I scared a few years off him because not only did he ride with me in one vehicle but two and I had to use the brakes to avoid some drivers who wanted my right of way. He was patient and answered my questions, we had to wait while Steve took my vehicle for a drive so he could give me the trade in value. Steve was very courteous with me also, he's good at being apologetic when he can't give you a better trade in value. My only complaint was having to wait so long for Gordon to process my loan paperwork, it had been a long day and having to spend almost 4hrs purchasing a vehicle was a bit much. I understand that he is only one person and can only work so fast. I really appreciated the extra time that Mr. Fish spent with me past the end of his day, he was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him.
